增肥

首先是增食,以前每顿是四两饭,今后都吃五两吧.这下应该能挺有效果.此外就是锻炼了,针对胸肌,就做俯卧撑,针对胳膊,就做单杠.

从理论上应该挺完美的,不知道实际操作会怎么样
